Yupe. Nagios does not restart for system boot up.

You can issue a
Code:
/etc/init.d/nagios stop
before doing the
Quote:
start
. This will kill the lock file.

ok i understand that stopping nagios then starting will clear the lock file but how do i write into the shutdown process to stop nagios then? instead of having to manually go and stop then start nagios?
