Whether you are a System Administrator, NOC Manager, Director of Operations, or CIO, GroundWork's premier hands-on training is available for you. Learn to hone the skill sets required for implementing and maintaining GroundWork Monitor Professional.
All classes will be held at our San Francisco office. Hours of the class are 8:30am-5:30pm unless explicitly stated otherwise.
GroundWork System Manager Administrator Training
This three-day instructor-led course provides a comprehensive understanding of administering GroundWork Monitor Professional so that users can support IT and data center operations. Course material includes tutorials on agents, plug-ins, traps, log message parsing and the use of proxies for agentless monitoring and enhanced security. Attendees will understand how to design, setup, tune and manage network monitoring using GroundWork Monitor Professional.

Channel Partner/Project Engineer Training
This course is intended for system architects and planners who are interested in deploying GroundWork Monitor Professional in a number of settings and situations for multiple sites, divisions, and installations. This 1 day program covers theory, best practices, demonstrations with focus on deployment of services and project management procedures.
Prerequisite: Attend and complete Systems Manager Administrator course.

EMEA Partner Training
This full week class offers partners sales, technical and deployment training on GroundWork solutions. As part of the certification process, partners are required to attend and complete all classes. Location will be announced closer to the training session. Note: A minimum of 3 partners must be signed up for this training to take place since GW staff will be flying out to conduct session.

Live Online Training
Live instructor-led online training occurs every 2nd week of each month and is available for those who are unable to take the System Administration Training course in person either at GroundWork facilities or remotely. The online sessions cover the System Administrator course content in 3 days; 3 hours per day. While the online training is designed to fully equip students with the knowledge and skill set to operate GroundWork Monitor products, GroundWork recommends attending training sessions in person. Note: a minimum of 3 attendees will be required in order to host the live online training sessions.

GroundWork Monitor Operator Training
This two-day instructor-led course provides a comprehensive understanding of data-center monitoring using GroundWork Monitor Professional. Attendees will learn best practices that will enable them to use the application to its fullest extent. Course material covers status checking, console operations, filter creation, performance analysis and much more. Class is appropriate for both experienced and new users, including system administrators and other data center personnel.
