GroundWork provides a variety of support services to meet your needs: Standard SupportGroundWork Professional Subscription Customers have access to standard software and application engineering support during normal business hours. Customers can file tickets with GroundWork’s web-based service desk, by telephone, or by email. We will fix bugs, record and respond to enhancement requests, provide access to plug-ins and agents, and assist with issues related to integration between the GroundWork server and monitored hosts. Initial response to web-based or email requests will be provided within 4 business hours. Support Incident Packs GroundWork offers application engineering support to users of GroundWork Monitor Open Source on a fixed fee per-incident basis. Five-Incident Packs are available for purchase.
