Account Manager (AM)GroundWork Open Source is a venture-backed software company offering enterprise-class IT management solutions based on open source software. The company has 50 employees and is based in San Francisco, CA. GroundWork is looking for an individual with excellent organization, communication and telephone skills. The ideal sales candidate for GroundWork should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales with demonstrated sales quota results. Background in selling enterprise software solutions and expertise and knowledge selling to the IT Management market would be ideal. Preferably, we are looking for someone who has worked for a large company in the past and understands the sales process with more recent experience in smaller/start-up companies with demonstrated sales results with small companies. A plus would include some experience selling enterprise integration services and solutions. As an Account Manager, you will develop and close pre-qualified sales leads by conducting WebEx presentations and developing sales proposals within pre-qualified accounts. You should be a confident and polished telephone presenter and email writer. Knowledge of open source software and/or the IT management software market is a plus but not required. Responsibilities:
