MENTORING TEENS IN TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINESS
Youth In Technology is a nonprofit organization dedicated to mentoring underprivileged Bay Area teens by involving them in technology and the high tech industry. Created by the founders of GroundWork, Youth In Technology gives young people hands-on training in the use of technology, including networking, HTML programming and basic computer skills. It also exposes them to the high technology industry as a career opportunity, and provides guidance for those interested in learning how they can become a part of it.
