TERRITORY MANAGER (TM)Groundwork Open Source is a venture-backed software company offering enterprise-class IT management solutions based on open source software. The company has 50 employees and is based in San Francisco, CA. GroundWork seeks to hire a Territory Manager (TM) with excellent organization, communication, presentation and telephone skills. This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned revenue goals based on new customer sales of GroundWork�s suite of products and technology-enabled support services. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of successful direct technology sales experience with demonstrated sales quota achievement results. We require a background in presenting enterprise management software solutions and expertise and knowledge selling to the IT Management market. Experience selling Open Source tools would be valuable, but not required. The candidate should be comfortable and experienced in both direct and indirect (leveraging Partners) sales. As a Territory Manager, you will develop and close pre-qualified sales leads by conducting in person presentations, webex presentations and developing sales proposals within an assigned region of the United States.
